After a brief overview, we walk through the requirements for ABRSM Grade 4 aural, before a sample test. Answers for the sample test are below the video.

Qu.1

To sing or play from memory a melody played twice.

Qu.2
To sing five notes from score in free time.

Qu.3
i) To answer two questions about a short piece played by the examiner. One question on 'character' the other on either dynamics, articulation, tempo or tonality.
ii) Clap the rhythm of a phrase from the above piece, played twice.
iii) Say whether the piece is in 2, 3 or 4 time.
